Standard is 350gsm silk, a proper thick card. Premium is 450gsm matt laminate: noticeably thicker, soft-touch, and it wipes clean, which matters for a card that lives on a counter. Most people feel the difference the moment they pick one up.
Yes, and it is included. Send us your logo when you order and we will set the card up around it. If you do not have one we will use your business name. Already had a pack from us? We have your design on file - just tell us your business name at checkout.

The code on your cards points at us, and we point it at your review page. So if you ever move to a new listing, get in touch and we will point your existing cards at the new one. The cards in your customers’ hands keep working either way.
Yes. Google is fine with businesses asking customers for reviews. What is not allowed is offering something in return, or only asking the customers you think will say something nice. The cards simply ask, which keeps you on the right side of it.
